Where do you ship, and what does delivery cost?
We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 4–7 working days, and 1–2 working days within Ahmedabad. Delivery is free on every order above ₹2,500.
Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, a size that did not work out, or a change of preference. The one exception is a piece that reaches you damaged — see the next question.
My piece arrived damaged. What happens now?
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or a short video showing the damage, with the original tags still attached. Once we have verified it, we exchange the piece for the same item at no cost to you. Read the full exchange policy.
What sizes do you carry?
XS to 5XL. Every product page lists garment measurements, and there is a full size guide. Please measure a garment you already own and compare before ordering — because exchanges are limited to damaged pieces, the size you choose is the size you keep.
How can I pay?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not available — every order is prepaid.
The weave has small irregularities. Is that a defect?
No. Handloom cloth and hand-block printing carry slight variation in colour, print alignment and texture, and no two pieces are identical. That irregularity is the signature of the craft rather than a flaw, and it is not grounds for an exchange.
